1. Introduction
Welcome to Aevia ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to the Aevia mobile application on iOS (distributed via the Apple App Store).
2. App Services
2.1 Features
- AI-powered predictive facial aging analysis producing simulated age-progression imagery.
- Localized on-device facial matrix mapping to plot interactive informational hotspots.
- Comprehensive biomarker reporting and optimized longevity protocols.
- Personalized anti-aging regimen calendar and morning/evening protocol checklists.
2.2 Pricing and Payments
The App is available through in-app purchase with the following premium options:
- Weekly subscription
- Yearly subscription
All prices are shown in your local currency within the App. Prices are subject to change. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. If you cancel, you will retain premium access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period. You may utilize the "Restore Purchases" function to reactivate active entitlements on new iOS devices.
2.3 App Functionality and Processing Limits
To maintain infrastructure stability and prevent server abuse, Aevia enforces strict limit on cloud-based AI image generations.
All generated imagery is sent back to your device and saved locally. Because Aevia does not maintain an external user account database, deleting the app or clear-wiping your local device data will permanently erase your generated images and routine histories.
3. User Rights and Obligations
3.1 Age and Consent
The App is available for users of all ages. Users under 13 must have parent or guardian consent. You are responsible for ensuring your device security to protect your local data.
3.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Circumvent, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass the daily usage limits, Cloudflare verification workers, or subscription validation endpoints.
- Attempt to scrape, extract, or reverse engineer the local facial detection logic or cloud processing wrappers.
- Upload corrupted imagery, malicious payloads, or content that infringes upon third-party rights.
- Use the service for any unauthorized commercial distribution or unlawful purposes.
4. AI Analysis and Anti-Aging Disclaimer
The predictive facial analysis and age-progression features are powered by third-party generative artificial intelligence technologies. All responses, generated images, biomarker simulations, and skincare suggestions are for educational and self-improvement tracking purposes only.
Aevia does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical treatment plans. The contents of the App, including the morning/evening protocols and hotspot information, should not substitute for professional medical guidance, dermatology consultations, or clinical health assessments.
5. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, update, or discontinue any feature, protocol tracking layout, or app feature.
- Alter subscription rates, billing tiers, or discounted structures with reasonable prior notice.
- Revise these terms to reflect infrastructure changes, platform policy requirements, or legal compliance.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Discrepancies between the AI-generated age progressions and real-world natural biological aging pathways.
- Data loss due to manual app deletion or device failure.
- Any skin reactions or issues arising from following the general lifestyle or skincare protocol checklists.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our cloud processing infrastructure via RevenueCat or cloud worker blacklists if you violate these terms, commit payment fraud, or exploit our API systems.
